In an interview with Mehr reporter, Gholamreza Zakari stated that the water supply of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari aqueducts has decreased, and stated: 30% of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari aqueducts have faced a decrease in water supply.

The water and soil director of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Agricultural Jihad said: 50% of Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari aqueducts have dried up.

He continued: The decrease in rainfall and the change in the pattern of rainfall in this province is one of the most important factors in reducing the water supply of the aqueducts in this province.

Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari Director of Water and Soil Jihad Agriculture said: Maintaining employment in the agricultural sector in this province requires the use of modern irrigation equipment in this province.
